Q) FREE SAMPLES?
A) Only available with a purchase. I do not give out free samples. However, I do send Product for Review if you have a Review Web-Site.
Q) Do you ship Overseas? Do you ship to Canada?
A) Yes, to: (Canada, Bahamas, Hawaii). Other overseas, only personal orders. NO Wholesale overseas. Only Retail orders can go Worldwide.
Q) How do I place a WHOLESALE ORDER
A) Simply download the excel form, fill it out, send it to me. If you do not have excell or if your order is quite simple, you may just type it up in an e-mail and send it that way.
Q) PAYMENTS for WHOLESALE ORDERS
A) Product total and Label Fee must be PAID IN FULL before I will begin any work on your order.
Q) CANCELATIONS
A) There are no Cancelations.
Q) Who's order do you work on first when you have several at once?
A) HE / She who pays first, gets made first.
Q) Wholesale Orders: How do you handle shipping?
A) Customer Pays for the product total. Then whe the item is shipped, I will bill for the exact shipping amount.
Q) What method of shipping do you use?
A) USPS (United States Postal Service ONLY). Many items may be shipped parcel post. Some must be shipped priority mail. EXAMPLES: (Soap, Butters, Balms) These must be shipped Priority Mail.
Q) Methods of Payment
A) PayPal, Credit Card (by PayPal or Phone), Money Order, Cashiers Check.
Q) Do you sell in bulk? By the Gallon?
A) Yes, But I am not a supplier of Bulk Bases. We would need to discuss your needs on this subject.
Q) Will you use my containers if I ship them to you. I have my own special packaging and need you to fill them for me with your product.
A) NO, I do not. You need to utilize the packaging that I have available. I simply do not have the room to store everones different packaging needs. I try to go with packaging that is always going to be available for everyone so all packaging will stay the same from order to order.

Q) What are the quality of your labels provided on the private label orders?
A) I use water and light resistant ink. I use Water-resistant Ink-Jet Labels. These are made of vinyl and will not deteriorate in the shower. They are also super sticky, they will not be falling off the product. They also hold up with a lot of usage. I have tested this with my hubby's shampoo bottle. They seem to last forever almost. I do not "tape" or "Shrink Wrap" the labels, there is no need for that with this label stock.
