A) Only available with a purchase, it is a sample of my choice. I send one free sample with every order I ship out.

Q) Do you ship Overseas? Do you ship to Canada ? United Kingdom (UK) ?
A) Yes, I ship Retail Orders to: Canada, UK, Bahamas, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Many Other Countries.

A) No Exchanges, Trades, or Swaps. I have no use for an item once it leaves here. I Can not take a chance with possible contamination.
A) No Returns, ONLY if, for some RARE reason, I need to see proof that the item was made incorrectly.
A) No Refunds, only if, the item was made incorrectly.

A) When the item is shipped, I will bill for postage and handling.

Q) What method of shipping do you use?
A) USPS (United States Postal Service ONLY). Many items may be shipped parcel post. Some must be shipped priority mail. EXAMPLES: (Soap, Butters, Balms) These must be shipped Priority Mail.

Q) Do you sell in bulk? By the Gallon?
A) Sometimes, But I am not a supplier of Bulk Bases. We would need to discuss your needs on this subject.
Q) Will you use my containers if I ship them to you. I have my own special packaging and need you to fill them for me with your product.
A) Sometimes. But we will need to discuss your situation. I would prefer you to utilize the packaging that I have available. I simply do not have the room to store everyone's different packaging needs. I try to go with packaging that is always going to be available for everyone so all packaging will stay the same from order to order.

Q) What are the quality of your labels provided on the private label orders?
A) I use water and light resistant ink. I use Water-resistant Ink-Jet Labels. These are made of vinyl and will not deteriorate in the shower. They are also super sticky, they will not be falling off the product. They also hold up with a lot of usage. I have tested this with my hubby's shampoo bottle. They seem to last forever almost. I do not "tape" or "Shrink Wrap" the labels, there is no need for that with this label stock.
